When you register for the Nordic Funeral newsletter, you must simultaneously give permission for Nordic Funeral ApS, CVR no. 35890688, Hirsevænget 6, 7870 Roslev (hereinafter referred to as ‘Nordic Funeral’, ‘we’/‘us’) to send you targeted e-mails containing offers and information, including trends, training and competitions in the funeral industry. News e-mails are usually dispatched one to three times a month. You can unsubscribe from news e-mails at any time. The unsubscribe link can be found at the bottom of all our news e-mails.
Processing of personal data
By signing up to the Nordic Funeral newsletter, you provide us with personal data such as your name, e-mail and telephone number. Personal data are used solely for marketing purposes such as the customisation of campaigns and newsletters.

In order to receive the newsletter and make purchases on www.nordicfuneral.com (funeral directors exclusively), you must at a minimum provide the following information:
- Name and/or company name
- Work e-mail address(es)
- Work telephone number(s)
- Information to be used in our collaboration with you, e.g. alternative delivery address, stock code etc.
- Information to be used for invoicing purposes
Irrespective of whether Nordic Funeral acts as data processor, data controller – or whether we only have access to the personal data of other businesses – we incorporate these data processing principles into any handling of personal data:

We register and disclose personal data which are required in order to enable us to deliver goods to you. This includes GLS, Interfjord and Dacser.
We also work with a range of other companies, including E-conomic and Unoeuro, who store and process data.
These companies solely process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use them for their own purposes.
Data are not disclosed or sold to third parties unless this forms part of restructuring or a whole or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will at all times take place in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
As a customer, you have the option of accessing our records of data about you and you are entitled to object to our records pursuant to the provisions contained in legislation on the processing of personal data.
